How we price work.
We do not publish a price list, because no two projects are the same. Here is what each engagement includes, how quoting works, and the terms that go on every proposal.
Scoped properly, then priced.
No two projects are the same, so we do not publish a price list. Tell us what you need, and you get a written quote with a fixed scope and a fixed price before anything begins — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Every project is quoted individually after a short conversation, in your own currency and priced for your market. You receive a written proposal with a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a dated timeline before any work starts.
Four rules we do not break.
Fixed price, not hourly
You get one number for an agreed list of deliverables. If the work takes us longer than expected, that is our problem, not your invoice.
Quoted after a conversation
A twenty-page site with online booking is not the same job as a five-page site. We ask what you actually need first, then quote against a written deliverables list.
50% to start, 50% to finish
The deposit schedules the work. The balance is due before final handover. Larger projects can be split across more milestones.
Changes are quoted, not absorbed
If you want something outside the agreed scope, we will tell you what it costs and when we can do it. Nothing gets added silently to the final bill.
The terms that go on every proposal.
These are our defaults. They are written into the proposal you receive, and anything different is agreed in writing before we start.
- Payment schedule
- 50% on signing, 50% before final handover
- Revisions
- 2 rounds of revisions are included per major deliverable.
- Timeline
- Timelines assume feedback and content are returned within 3 business days. Delays on either side shift the schedule accordingly.
- What we need from you
- Client provides content, brand assets, domain/hosting access, and a single point of contact for approvals.
- Scope changes
- Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and scheduled after the current phase, unless both sides agree otherwise in writing.
- Cancellation
- Either side may end the engagement in writing. Work completed up to that date is invoiced; the deposit covers work already performed and is non-refundable.
- Quote validity
- This proposal is valid for 21 days from the date issued.
This document is a commercial proposal, not legal advice. Final contractual terms are set out in the signed agreement between both parties.
